Gold Collection
FRANCOFGLAM® GOLD offers a carefully curated collection of 18K, 21K and 22K gold jewellery, alongside 24K gold bars.
Gold Purity
Gold purity is measured in karats (K), indicating the proportion of pure gold within each piece.
18K Gold — 75% pure gold (750)
21K Gold — 87.5% pure gold (875)
22K Gold — approximately 91.6% pure gold (916)
24K Gold — the highest level of gold purity, offered within our gold bar collection
The applicable gold purity, weight and product specifications are clearly stated for each product.
Gold Pricing
Our prices are based on the current gold rate per gram. The final price is determined by the gold purity, weight and current gold rate at the time of order.
Gold rates are subject to market fluctuations. All prices are confirmed at the time of purchase.
Placing an Order
Select your preferred piece and contact FRANCOFGLAM® GOLD via WhatsApp.
Availability, product specifications and the final purchase price will be confirmed before payment.
Payment
Full payment is required before an order is processed.
Payment can be made using one of the following methods:
Secure Payment Link
A secure card payment link will be provided for the confirmed purchase amount.
Business Bank Transfer
Our business bank details will be provided privately following confirmation of your order.
An order is confirmed once payment has been received and cleared in full.
Order Fulfilment
In-Stock Collection
Pieces available for immediate dispatch qualify for next-day UK delivery, subject to cleared payment being received within the applicable dispatch timeframe.
Standard Gold Orders
Please allow approximately 7–14 business days from receipt of cleared payment for your order to be fulfilled and delivered.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided.
Secure UK Delivery
All UK gold orders are dispatched using a secure, fully tracked delivery service with signature confirmation.
UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed or another secure specialist delivery service suitable for precious and high-value items.
Tracking information will be provided upon dispatch.
International Delivery
International gold orders are dispatched using a secure and fully tracked delivery service suitable for precious and high-value items.
Signature confirmation will be required where supported by the destination and delivery service.
International delivery is subject to destination-specific customs requirements, local regulations and carrier restrictions relating to precious metals. Delivery times may therefore vary by destination.
Tracking information will be provided upon dispatch.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the purchase price unless expressly stated otherwise.
Inspection & Packaging
Every FRANCOFGLAM® GOLD order is carefully inspected before dispatch and securely packaged for transit.
Customers are advised to inspect their order promptly upon delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and our Return & Refund Policy.
Personalised or customised gold products cannot be returned for change of mind, except where required by law.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, please contact us promptly with clear photographic or video evidence.
Any approved return must be unworn, unaltered and returned in its original condition and packaging.

Nothing within this Gold Policy excludes or limits any statutory rights available to customers under applicable consumer law.
