Returns
At FRANCOF GLAM LTD, every order is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Due to the exclusive nature of our collections, returns are accepted only where an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect.
To request a return, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photographic or video evidence of the issue.
Returned items must be:
• Unworn
• Unused
• Unwashed
• In their original packaging
• Returned with all original tags attached
Requests received outside this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only where a replacement is unavailable and the item has been confirmed as faulty following our assessment.
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer law.
Exchanges
To preserve the exclusivity of our collections, FRANCOF GLAM LTD does not offer exchanges.
We encourage customers to review product descriptions, measurements and sizing guidance carefully before completing their purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Unless confirmed as faulty, the following items cannot be returned:
• Wigs
• Shoes
• Men’s Clothing
• Accessories
• Sale Items
• Pre-Order Items
• Items purchased using promotional or discount codes
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are reserved immediately upon successful payment.
Once confirmed, pre-orders cannot be cancelled, amended or refunded unless required by applicable consumer law.
Return Shipping
Where a return has been approved, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item has been confirmed as faulty or the incorrect item was supplied.
We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as FRANCOF GLAM LTD cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
